Our Team
Le Concierge is built on a partnership shaped by more than a decade of working together. Jérôme and Stéphane first worked alongside one another at Eurostar, where Jérôme managed teams and held responsibility for the safety and care of up to 900 passengers. Years of working closely together established a shared approach built on trust, reliability and exceptionally high standards — values they now bring to every home entrusted to Le Concierge.

Founder / Client RelationsWith over 23 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality and management across several countries, Jérôme brings a highly personal and intuitive approach to service. Having looked after people from many cultures and backgrounds — including royalty and heads of state — he understands the importance of discretion, attention to detail and anticipating what is needed before being asked. Proactive, efficient and meticulous by nature, he brings the same standards to Le Concierge that he expects in his own home.
Having built his career across demanding international customer service, Relais & Châteaux properties and acclaimed restaurants, Stéphane brings an exceptional eye for detail and an uncompromising approach to quality. Dependable and exceptionally thorough, he believes things should be done properly — and won’t stop until they are. Warm and approachable, Stéphane oversees our day-to-day operations and ensures every home and every service is cared for to the standards our clients expect.
